Tietze Talks are Saturday morning opportunities to learn about our natural world, as well as the ecosystem found in our park. We plan to have four Talks each year, two in the spring and two in the fall. All Talks will be family friendly, with fun kid activities and treats!

We'll end this fun event with a hunt through the garden to see how many different types of bees you can spot. All you need is a camera phone to participate in this timed race, and kids make great spotters! The winner will receive a special prize.

When: Wednesday, January 28th, 7:00-9:00p
Where: Times Ten Cellars, 6324 Prospect Ave.
Happy New Year, Tietze Park friends and supporters! It's that time of year again. Time for our January annual meeting! All community members are invited to come hear an update from Friends of Tietze Park board members about where we've been and where we are going. We are also happy to welcome city representatives, again, who will update us on what is happening in our area and in our park. Our annual meeting is also a time to vote on individuals seeking new terms as Directors, with each paid supporter allowed a vote. Beyond all the "business," this is a great time to re-connect, meet new people and enjoy friendship with other neighbors that love our park. Lite bites will also be provided!
