Photo Use Permission Waiver

By uploading your photo(s), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You agree to release Friends of Tietze Park from any claims or liability arising from the use of these photos.
3. No Compensation: You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation, royalties, or payment for the use of the photo(s).
4. Privacy and Use of Likeness: If your photo(s) contain recognizable images of individuals, you confirm that you have obtained permission from all such individuals (or their guardians if under 18) to share their likeness for the purposes outlined in this waiver.
5. Right to Edit and Modify: Friends of Tietze Park reserves the right to edit, crop, or modify the photo(s) to suit various formats or media, as necessary.
6. Revocation of Rights: You acknowledge that once the photo(s) are used in publications or distributed in media, it may not be feasible to retract them from circulation.
